Pandemic

Place the board showing a world map. Each player chooses a role card (e.g., Medic, Scientist). Shuffle the infection deck and place 3 cubes on 3 cities, 2 on 3 cities, and 1 on 3 cities. Each player starts in the Atlanta research station.

1. On your turn, take 4 actions (move, treat disease, share knowledge, build a research station, or cure a disease).
2. Then draw 2 player cards; if you draw an Epidemic card, intensify the infection.
3. Finally, infect cities by drawing from the infection deck (add cubes per card).
4. Outbreaks happen when a city would get a 4th cube.
5. Work together to collect sets of 5 same-color player cards.

All players win together if they cure all 4 diseases (blue, yellow, black, red). Everyone loses if outbreaks hit 8, any disease cubes run out, or the player deck runs out.

On the Brink adds bioterrorist and mutations. In the Lab adds a lab challenge.
